Your Legacy Building K. Deane Law
Your Legacy Deserves More Than Just Documents
Estate Planning isn’t just about preparing legal documents. It’s about making informed decisions that protect the people you love, preserve everything you’ve worked hard to build, and give your family clarity when they need it most.
At K. Deane Law, we believe education comes first.
We help you understand your options, answer your questions, and design a legal plan with confidence - not confusion.
Why So Many Families Put Estate Planning Off
Estate Planning Doesn’t Have to Be Overwhelming
Most people don’t put off estate planning because they don’t care about their families.
They put it off because they don’t know where to start. There are wills, trusts, powers of attorney, beneficiary decisions, and questions they may not even know they should be asking. It can feel like a lot—and when you’re unsure what the right decisions are, it’s easy to keep putting them off.
But waiting doesn’t make those decisions disappear. It simply means that if something happens before you have a plan in place, you may no longer be the one making them.
At K. Deane Law, we make the process easier to understand.
Before we prepare a single document, we help you understand what could happen without a plan, what choices you actually have, and how those choices affect you and the people you love.
Because a well-designed estate plan doesn’t begin with paperwork.
It begins with understanding what you want—and making intentional decisions to make it happen.
The K.Deane Law Difference
More Than Documents. A Complete Legal Strategy for What Matters Most.
An estate plan isn’t simply a collection of legal documents.
It’s a thoughtful strategy designed to protect the people you love, preserve everything you’ve worked hard to build, and ensure your wishes are honored when your family needs them most.
At. K. Deane Law, we don’t believe in one-size-fits-all plans or rushing clients through a stack of paperwork.
We believe every recommendation should begin with a conversation - about your family, your goals, your concerns, and the legacy you want to leave behind.
Only after you understand your options and feel confident in your decisions do we create a personalized plan designed specifically for your life.
Because the best estate plans aren’t measured by the number of documents you sign. They’re measured by the confidence you have today and the clarity your loved ones will have tomorrow.
How We Help
PRACTICE AREAS
Legal Guidance for What Matters Most
Whether you’re planning for your family’s future, navigating the loss of a loved one, or building a business, K. Deane Law provides thoughtful legal guidance designed to help you make informed decisions with confidence.
Why K. Deane Law
Building a Legacy Takes More than Documents
A will or trust is only one piece of an estate plan.
The real plan is the strategy behind it—deciding who you want to protect, what you want to happen, who you trust to make important decisions, and how everything you’ve worked hard to build should be handled when you’re no longer able to do it yourself.
That’s why at K. Deane Law, we don’t start with documents.
We start with you.
Your family. Your assets. Your concerns. Your goals. And the people and things that matter most to you.
From there, we help you make intentional decisions and design a personalized legal strategy that brings those decisions together—so your documents don’t simply exist, they actually work together to carry out your wishes.
Because the value of an estate plan isn’t measured by how many documents you sign.
It’s measured by the confidence you have today—and the clarity and protection you leave behind.
Your Attorney. Your Advocate. Your Guide
Meet Attorney Nina
For Nina, the mission behind K. Deane Law is personal.
Long before becoming an attorney, Nina experienced firsthand why planning matters. After losing her mother at a young age without an estate plan in place, she saw how quickly families can be left with difficult questions and important decisions during an already overwhelming time.
That experience shaped a belief that continues to guide her work today: families shouldn't have to wait for a crisis to understand how the law will affect the people and things they care about most. They deserve the opportunity to understand their options, make intentional decisions, and put a plan in place while they have the ability to choose for themselves.
Today, Nina brings that philosophy to every family and business owner she serves. Her goal isn't simply to prepare documents—it's to help clients understand the decisions they're making, why they matter, and how each piece of their plan works together to protect what they've built and the people they love.
